Applications Available:
October 31, 2008 at the following locations:
   * Police Department @ 809 Martin Luther King Jr. St.
   * GISD School Counselors
   * The Caring Place @ 2000 Railroad St.

Deadline for Applications:
Wednesday, December 3, 2008

All applicants will receive a confirmation form that MUST be brought in on Distribution Day to pick up toy boxes. Some may receive a phone call if the application is filed on the deadline date.

Toy donation Barrels:
All barrels will be picked up from donation locations by December 11, 2008.

Blue Santa Distribution Day:
Saturday, December 13
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Distribution location for pick up:
808 Martin Luther King Jr. St. (across from the Police Department)
