As a volunteer program of the Georgetown Police Department, Blue Santa has provided toys to low-income children annually for more than 15 years. Last year more than 1,600 Georgetown children received toys from Blue Santa. We expect this to increase the number of families and children served this December.

Blue Santa assists families in need by providing toys for Christmas to their children.  Pre-school children, children attending grade school through high school (through 18 years) who qualify for free or reduced fee lunch or meet federal poverty guidelines, and live in the Georgetown City Limits qualify for Blue Santa.

Operation Blue Santa is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community-based corporation, governed by a local board of directors and staffed by volunteers and employees of the Georgetown Police Department.
